Pulling on to m40 northbound from m25 and aware of driver weaving across lanes to my right in black small hyundai car. Car only has a single functioning front headlamp I think. As I pass the vehicle we can see the female driver using her handheld mobile phone - looks like she is texting. Very dangerous driver, should not be driving!
Drives like an absolute prick, overtaking cars forcing oncoming traffic to swerve. When approached he replies with.. "DONT YOU KNOW WHO I AM?? GET A LIFE"

The bloke driving this up the A1 on Wednesday 15th was an absolute lunatic, undertaking and swerving in and out of both lanes. I thought the car was stolen! Absolute headcase!
