Rude, arrogant and disrespectful to a mother of a disabled child. Entered a disabled space from the wrong side, ahead of the woman who had been waiting for 15 minutes for it. Ruined her and her child's entire evening as they missed their movie because of this.

I sometimes ponder at how people are qualified drivers and this one seems to amaze me the most. Coming to a junction where you can turn left or straight. This idiot sits on both lanes making it confusing what hes about to do. As im going left i place my self in the correct lane with the correct indication. Then this absolute fool decides to turn left.
