On the phone whilst driving nearly going in to the back of myself. Then speeding in the wrong lane up to a roundabout, speeding round nearly hitting it. Dangerous!!

That will be the van in which the trustees recorded a video from when they were going on a day trip to the beach; a video didn't include any charitable activities.

The light was red for a long time before the car reached the junction and the cycle box is very clearly marked, so this was clearly a deliberate decision to break the rules. The driver received a police warning.
