Dangerous driver. In 2013 York carpark, pulled out of a parking place and purposefully drove in to a parked car so much it shoved the car behind THAT a quarter in to the driving space. Inch by inch eventually got out of the parking space, damaging 3 cars in total. Woman went to his window to tell him to STOP driving in to cars and nearly had her feet driven over. Guy was completely oblivious to anyone or anything around him. Either didn't care or didn't even realise what he did.
We took photographs and reported to police, as we left carpark, so did he and he drove straight at us. Needs putting in a home and taking off the roads!
