I was walking along the pavement, about to cross a road when a male in a white Kia Picanto came driving round the corner. Left hand on the wheel and his right hand holding his phone up to his face.
He didn't appear to be paying attention to his surroundings which in a heavily deer populated area and with people finishing work/school making their way home, crossing the road etc. Is a stupid thing to do.
Just put the phone down or park on the side of the road to go on your phone. Don't put yourself and others at risk just because you wanted to be stupid and go on your phone.

Inconsiderate, stubborn driver.
Lane hogging
Activating windshield spray on purpose, thankfully I had my visor down, as the chemical could of went into my eye and potentially crashed.
Slowing down to 20mph in a 30mph seems to be on purpose...
I'm not angry just disappointed, sure you might not be in a hurry to get to places, newsflash other people are and taking up a whole Lane is ridiculous, especially as the driver wasn't turning right!

The driver got stuck on our grass and ruined it. And then gave us a fake company name and number. She said the worked for CLS Ltd and gave us a phone number that doesn't get answered. She was delivering for Amazon.

Be very careful of the drivers of this van. They are con men approaching people in cars asking them to buy brand new televisions off them. Apparently they are actually selling broken TVs.
