M60.... doing over 70 tailgating me so I moved over to let this speeding idiot past. Then he starts veering into other lanes before swerving back into his own lane.. lo and behold as I overtake driver is on his phone clear as day. Further down the motorway this guy was driving parallel with me as he was coming off at Ashton, I look over and still he is on his phone scrolling away. Will it take for him to hit and kill someone for him to learn Facebook isn't that important!!!!! Foolish idiot.
