Absolute terrible wreckless driver! Was cut off at a roundabout by this punk going 100mph, endangering his wife and 2 small children in the back.

When confronted at the roundabout he just laughed.

Doesn't know the procedure for switching lanes. Thinks it is turn into the lane, cut people up, then indicate. No care shown while driving; nearly caused an accident.
