Tosspot in a Transit van pulls out in front of oncoming traffic causing the guy in front of me to slam on.
Then goes slow as fuck but as soon as the road splits and you pull alongside to overtake he suddenly gets the lead boot.

Driving well in excess of the speed limit. Must've been going at least 60mph in a 40 zone only to get held up in traffic further ahead! Defective brake light & no indicators on roundabouts either.
