Probably food delivery driver parked up on the kerb right by the zebra crossing, the rear of the car almost encroaching the crossing itself, well over the hump and give way markings. TWAT.

Absolute w***** , lunatic, idiot and many more words to describe this reckless dangerous arsehole .
Cut straight in-front of me, then merged the M1 motorway swerving straight into the outside lane nearly causing a pile up, multiple cars having to slam on last minute or they would of piled.
Then continued to weave in and out of traffic causing plenty more near misses. Absolute idiot . Next time you won’t be so lucky and carry on driving like that your going to Jill someone innocent driving to work.
This was on 17th May 2022 morning time .
