One of these wanna be nice drivers which letting people go is being a good driver but only when its safe! this driver decides to drive under a bridge and sees a long lorry waiting to pull out keep in mind the other lane isn't clear but this driver decides on a 40mph road to literally stop and wait for this lorry for around 3 mins as the other side wasn't clear for him to pull out, not only did you come to a complete stop on a 40mph road you almost caused a rear end crash, its common sense to only let someone out when their side is clear you don't stop and wait on a road.
