Ware, Hertfordshire - Parked on pavement, double yellow lines and blocked traffic back to junction just so his daughter wouldn't get wet coming out of school. Ignored horns and refused to move for about 5 minutes until his daughter was in car. Inconsiderate moron.

This driver does not know what lanes to be in on roundabouts or gyratory systems. I followed him for about 5 miles, and got it (dangerously) wrong 3 times. When I flashed him on the 3rd occasion, he did a dangerous brake check and then got out of the car to threaten me. BEWARE of the hipster who thinks his beardy-moustache looks impressive I guess!
