Black Skoda Fabia apparently being driven I'd say around DOUBLE the speed limit in Owen Street, Tipton, West Midlands.
You're supposed to be respecting the social distancing rules, not using our roads as a drag strip and race track. Do you f*cking well think the emergency services haven't got enough on their plate already? Do you think they need this? Do you think society needs it?

Black HONDA CR-V S NAVI I-DTEC 4X2 2015 Estate
Speeding between Winmarleigh and Cockerham, doesn’t slow down in 30 zone until he is up my backside then tailgates me through Cockerham and into the A588 towards Condor Green. He decides to overtake me on the 40 stretch doing about 60 and speeding off before he got to the 60 zone.

Razzing around in his 1.4 hatchback like he's a big man. On his phone, paying no attention to traffic lights, diving across lanes without indication (1st to 3rd) and total disregard for speed limits (on a 30)...
