This vehicle with Highways Maintenance written on the back pulled out at a T junction and nearly crashed into the side of my car as I passed by. He only realised I was there when I sounded the horn and had to brake very sharply to avoid a collision. Wanted to report him somewhere, as I couldn't find a company name on the vehicle.

1704 in Hawkhurst, Kent. Today Thursday 25 July 2019, this vehicle came speeding through the 30mph zone from the Sandhurst end and drove almost to my rear bumper. I had stopped to let some pedestrians cross the road as the traffic ahead was queueing. The driver and all three male passengers immediately started shouting and gesticulating. The driver immediately began repeatedly revving his engine and sounding his horn. They forced me to move off and not allow the pedestrians to cross and tailgated me at about 20mph until I felt forced to turn off into the Waitrose car park for safety. I stopped at the junction to get a good look at them and their car and was further sworn at by all occupants, the front and rear passengers on the near side flicked their lit cigarettes in my direction. They then moved off but couldn't go very far because of the traffic queues. Why were they so horrible and nasty to a complete stranger? Does anyone know their parents or guardians or friends so someone can ask them to behave better and maybe be nice. Maybe they were annoyed by the heat, but then, if they didn't all smoke, they could have the windows up and the air conditioning on.
