Elderly Driver driving recklessly on m42, constantly speeding up and slowing down, weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating and undertaking other motorists, watched him almost cause a serious collision about 5 times in the space of 30 minutes, genuinely suspect that driver was under the influence of something. Reported to the police.
