30mph limit doesn't apply to this driver, weaves between lanes as he undertakes and overtakes on a dual carriageway, driving too fast to stay in his lane on a roundabout.

At around 8:15 he decided it would be ok to pull out in front of us near a roundabout then pull back in let us drive past him half way then change his mind and pull back out causing us to almost hit the cars around about us.
