Once can be excused, but 4 times I've had to climb over to the drivers side due to this car being parked so close.

Parked on the pavement at stoke, stopping me and my wheelchair bound mother getting past had to go on the road, she was sitting in the car watching us struggle..

This silly nob-head decided to floor it past me in a residential with kids all around, all cause I slowed down for the speed bumps.
It was quite amusing to follow along watching him slam his suspension into the bumps though!
