Pointless upload because the old fart driving probably knows the same about the internet as he does about using indicators
But here goes (you never know he might cause an accident by his lack of use of indicators and this could be helpful)
Ignore time stamp - happened today about 3pm entering Tesco car park @ Carlton, Nottingham - offending car is the silver Citreon in front at the lights

Unless that other driver comes forward there is nothing to be done other than being parked in a disabled bay without a blue badge of which this company own the car park and its not law breaking for anyone to park in a disabled bay especially if that bay is owned by a company otherwise private, Unless they have signs up stating different which is very unlikely as its a supermarket chain blah blah!
He will be told to be more careful by management and most of all to get to work on time and thats it sorry

Doesn't like to be overtaken. Overtook him, he sped up dramatically and spend a couple of miles blocking anyone from passing.

Cycling North East between Tempsford and Barford, Bedfordshire I was passed very closely by a Friars Pride van. I'm unsure if the driver actually saw me at all as he barely crossed the lines on the road to overtake.
