This Muppet has a history of antagonising drivers. He was charged in 2001 for causing criminal damage to a car that he was obstructing. He noted at the time it was the second time he had been arrested for something similar. Hmm, see a pattern? He is just an active militant determined to demonstrate that it is his right to do something even if it defies common sense. That is my personal opinion.
Family are Benefit fraudsters, living in a house falling apart (think the car's in finance worth more then the house). I think the driver has been arrested previously for drunk & distorted behaviour. Cant believe the idiots who are able to scam vehicle finance now a days!!!! and use benefit money to pay for it, when working people have to pay their way.

(Bear Belly) Drive like a maniac up and down the road, had to stop my daughter playing in the front garden due to drivers like this screaming down the road and yet still living with his parents at his age.
