Given that the vehicle was first registered on 23 April 2013, the MOT should expire in 2016 so the DVLA records are wrong.

I didnt report to police as i tried getting hold of company first. Then carried on with our family trip and got worried that we would be in trouble for not reporting straight away. Nothing sinister. We were the wronged party. I am not putting a claim in for the insurance as its not worth my premium going up. So i have to pay damages myself
