Female driver in carer or nurse uniform regularly using her phone during a one hour traffic jam between Bay Gateway Slyne and Lancaster on the A6.
I regularly saw her looking down and as the windows of both our cars were open, I could hear the tones of her phone as she sent and received messages.
I thought using a mobile phone was banned - including while stationary in a traffic jam.

Not only did they close pass but also nearly hit the cars waiting at the red light in the opposite direction.

Absolutely abysmal and dangerous driving with a HGV, brake checking and cutting up for over 10 minutes. Clearly had a bone to pick with the lorry driver and was willing to compromise everyone else’s safety of the road for it. Enjoy your Facebook fame!
