Pulled from lane 2 to lane 1 with no indication, no mirror check and no forward planning forcing me to take evasive measures. Poor driver. Needs retesting or licence revoking.

Mg zs ev can't use a Roundabouts even when the Roundabout tells which lane to use and is completely unaware that they cut some one up even though a horn was sounded. Then drops litter out of window.

Well done. Don't engage with them in any capacity - ignore them. They're not the police irrespectrive of how much of a (comission-incentivized) power trip they may be on. A friend of mine got done by such a zealot; they ignored the yobs making fun of her weight causing her great distress, and just added to it. They didn't care. I told her next time say NOTHING to them - walk away. Walk into a shop or a taxi rank and say you're being followed, or get on a bus.. they cannot follow you in such places.
Like you say yes littering is bad but what's just as bad if not worse is power-mad little Hitlers looking for what they they perceive to be easy targets. All the best.
