He keeps following my girlfriend home in his SEAT. Had to race away from him outside Vue Cinema Torquay. Keeps limping towards his car giving me a creepy smile and rubbing his crotch. Told him several times to move his car on and he keeps refusing

Sped through Exeter high street which I am sure is a one way and a pedestrian zone. He revved his car loudly and beeped at a homeless guy limping across the road. He even stated that when I pulled him in to have a chat he stated that he hadn't had inductance in over 5 months

This person stood next to his car and asked me if I wanted to purchase some 'cider'. I assume this means drugs. I have reported him to the local constabulary and intend to press charges. Judging by the state of the car I imagine that he has no care for others, especially baby children.
The driver of this Seat Ibiza attempted to run me down earlier this evening, this may be due to being distracted by playing 'Mike Posner' too loud through the stereo. He shouted something which I couldn't understand out of the window and then continued to spin his wheels down the street. I hope he has his license removed ASAP Rocky!!!
What a risky manouvere to take especially with that estate behind them, Where exactly did they think they were going, If the camera cars statement of events are true of which i have no reason to doubt as to this other drivers driving then i would have uploaded this video too, Absolute madness to say the least
Just read the description and I'm unsure why you feel the need to turn the camera off because of other shoppers with children???
NEVER turn your camera off in the car park! Car insurance claims statistics show that a lot of incidents occur in car parks so leave the camera running because it's the best witness you'll ever have.
