I would not normally be this close, even at 0 m.p.h., but he had just pushed hi way back into the left hand lane, after doing a stupid overtake in the offside lane, despite arrows showing it was closing, and to filter left.
He then did a lot more dumb stuff. I think he might have been trying to compensate for something.

Reckless driver, pulled out in front of me and nearly lost the back end. Then sped off through a 30mph zone in excess of 45mph.
