I would not normally be this close, even at 0 m.p.h., but he had just pushed hi way back into the left hand lane, after doing a stupid overtake in the offside lane, despite arrows showing it was closing, and to filter left.
He then did a lot more dumb stuff. I think he might have been trying to compensate for something.

This lady is absolutely crazy, somebody please take away her license before she causes some serious damage. Almost crashed into my car not once but three times whilst she was attempting to park.
