I would not normally be this close, even at 0 m.p.h., but he had just pushed hi way back into the left hand lane, after doing a stupid overtake in the offside lane, despite arrows showing it was closing, and to filter left.
He then did a lot more dumb stuff. I think he might have been trying to compensate for something.

Dick 4x4 driver speeding up when people like myself was overtaking then brake tested putting people in danger. There was a crash and a long queue of traffic after a few mins and this guy was getting funny with everyone and nearly rammed someone. He shouldn't be on the road!
