Image 1 - they are called indicators used to let others know where you are intending to go
Image 2 - that's a yellow(amber) light - during your driving lessons and part of your driving test you are taught to watch ahead and if a traffic light has been green for a time then be prepared for it to change and you are also taught if it's yellow(amber) light you must stop if safe to do so. (see image 3)
