He seems to think he can literally park anywhere he wants and that he is above the law.... OH WAIT he's not because the amount of times i see his white van with parking tickets is astonishing. He parks on double red lines and on the pavement.
As for his driving, its like he's having a "midlife crisis" as he drives like a douche and no care for others. Sadly a "Boy Racer" at heart.
