Straight onto a roundabout without slowing or looking to see if there was already a vehicle on it - but then he wouldn't have seen anything as he had his phone in his hand reading the screen rather than looking where he was going or reducing speed on the approach.

Just because you put your indicator on at the last second doesn't mean you can pull out!
Idiot drove all the way down Edge Lane, Liverpool doing just this.
When approaching the M62 he then gets in to the far right lane right up the rear end of the car in front! You don't own the road idiot, you were driving the car like it was the fastest on the road, you weren't even the fastest in the area! I saw lots of other better cars around you!

Almost hit my car, swerved into me without indicating, I had to swerve to avoid getting hit by him into next lane.
