HGV driver (Hi-Speed) pulled straight out onto a roundabout in front of me, he could easily have stopped in time. No consideration.

Straight onto a roundabout without slowing or looking to see if there was already a vehicle on it - but then he wouldn't have seen anything as he had his phone in his hand reading the screen rather than looking where he was going or reducing speed on the approach.
