Rule 176 of the Highway Code states that: “If the traffic lights are not working, treat the situation as you would an unmarked junction and proceed with great care.”
No one has priority when the traffic lights are not working.
Sounding your horn at a learner is like shouting at a child learning to ride a bike!
It is illegal to sound your horn from a STATIONARY vehicle , AT ANY TIME ! except when another road user poses a danger. E.g. When you are stationary, if someone reversing on to your vehicle then you can sound the horn.
Terrible driver, they seem to think they're driving a lorry. At the lights as we pulled away and they swung out to the right 1st to turn left and nearly hit my car.
This guy bumped my car with his door as he was opening it, and looked at me immediately after. He didn’t apologise, just got into his car and started reversing out of his space. So I took a photo.
His accomplice however, decided to make some hand gestures towards me and it’s highly unlikely that he understands the reasons behind why I decided to take a photo of this guys car.
The pigeon should have just sat back in his seat and not got involved.
Thankfully there isn’t any damage done to my car. His cars bodywork is pretty rough though. Dents in the door from carelessness I suspect. Also his gearbox is leaking oil.
The thing is, if the driver just apologised for bumping my car with his door then I wouldn’t be wasting my time posting this.
You'd think this toss pot considers his TDi polo was made for the BTCC the way he drives. Not only is the car slow but so is this driver, in the head that is. Overtakes at a blind corner then makes his own lane in the oncoming lane. Hopefully this clearly, fresh off his practical test, nob end forgets to pay his finance and loses his licence while he's at it.
Texting and driving constantly braking as too busy looking down at his phone
