Had this driver swerve into my lane going around Springhill roundabout. They were in the correct lane to go straight on approaching the roundabout. The lane markings clearly shows you how to exit the roundabout and which lane to take, however the driver was too busy holding what appears to be a vap or phone in their right hand to notice that they veered into my lane.

ROVER 75 ESTATE Reg. GY05 VFX
As the slip road merges with the dual carriageway (M25 anti-clockwise, where the A21 joins it, near Chevening, in Kent), whilst I was inside the slip road's long white line lane makings, a Rover 75 Estate driver pulls over to the left, from the dual carriageway, after swaying over to the right first, right in front of me ON PURPOSE, I BELIEVE (WATCH THE ROVER'S FRONT WHEEL, YOU SEE THE DRIVER TWEAKING THE STEERING, SO I'M SURE THAT THEY KNEW THAT I WAS THERE)!
I had to take evasive action. Was this an attempt of Crash for Cash, do you think?
Estate car being driven completely erratically on a dual carriageway near High Wycombe. Kept weaving, slowing down in the outside lane and then suddenly would accelerate.
When they finally slowed down and we overtook them, it became obvious why the driving was so bad. The guy in front passenger seat was giving a hand-job to the driver.
Pretty shocking for an afternoon - the guys could at least have found somewhere a little more private.
