I was following a petrol tanker who was following a very slow horse transporter as we went through the traffic lights westwards past the entrance to Bournemouth airport. As I moved to the right hand lane to see if I could overtake both vehicles the driver of a red Ford Fiesta car with the above registration cut me up on the inside (overtook me on the left) just after going through the traffic lights westwards. I sounded my horn. He then kept slamming on the brakes but not allowing me to pass. He even stopped to let 3 cars on a sideroad on the left turn right across in front of him to further delay me. He did look rather anxious when he saw me take a picture of him! At the Parley Cross traffic lights he turned left - I went straight ahead.
Well done for your lack of consideration, forcing pedestrians to walk into the road to get around your poor attempt at parking. Park on the road, or park elsewhere if there isn't enough space rather than blocking the path off. Do you think a wheelchair could get around? And it also causes damage to the footpath, designed for feet and not 1.5t cars.
