The woman in this van was doing around 80mph on the link road in north devon, cutting in at the last minute on the overtaking section making the guy behind slam his breaks on. She did multiple overtakes where she had to swerve erratically back in.

Following drivers flashing lights and stopping them from turning, a really silly driver and a danger on the roads.
