The worst driver ever!! She was on her phone and had no seat belt on, she was not paying no attention to the road

Driver hit my car in sainsburys car park, realised what she did. Moved her car to another space. Went into sainsburys to buy whatever she needed and drove off.

She was caught on CCTV and an eye witness saw her. Yet she is still denying it was her!!
