its got 75 hp, 0 to 60 in 3.6. easily enough power to get past? wasnt even quarter throttle.

yeah but youd fail your test for not getting up to speed. 40 mph in a 60 is 2/3 the limit. He needs to be up to as close to 60 as possible. Not wet, no bends, nothing ahead. No reason to drive so slowly. tECHNICALLY, an offence too- driving without due consideration to other road users.

They are in the Stanmore area of London.. they pushed in front of me..in the high street, I think they would have hit me if I didn't stop and let them push passed.
