In the event, despite speeding they still didn't make it to the junction before the lights changed and nearly hit a pedestrian in the process, only avoided because the pedestrian took evasive action and got out the way during the green man
For a supposed professional driver, surely they should know to not stay in the middle lane not overtaking anything, or to not use their phone whilst driving?
