Have a thought for others. Your selfish need to park a van you don't have room for does not mean you can park on a footpath. If pedestrians walk down side of van, other drivers won't see them as they are turning and it may well hinder larger emergency vehicles turning into the road. Stop thinking about your needs and consider others.

Cycling at 20 mph, about a foot out from edge of road, driver beeps at me then gestures for me to get over so they can pass. There's no way that land rover and a bicycle can fit together on that road so no chance you're passing me, beeping or not, im not moving over. You just learn to wait until the road widens. Moron.
