Never has anyone been taught to park on a footpath so why do people do it? On this occasion every other vehicle is parked on the road. How are wheelchairs, mobility scooters, push chairs, registered blind pedestrians meant to go? Do you think it’s acceptable for them to have to go into the road?
Hopefully you never find yourself having to circumnavigate a selfish and inconsiderate lay parked vehicle.
