Also be careful of the Amazon message boards: I am informed there are people on there who work for certain interests, and will go out of their way to silence criticism even if it means lying about people and getting them banned from posting. The bus company will win in 98% of situations. If a collision takes place, the insurance company will very nearly always side with the bus company, whatever the situation. Never argue with buses or bus drivers. If you do, you'll be set to lose your no claims and see your premiums rise.
Oh, and if the bus driver had pushed the car out of the way with the bus. He still would have won. The law says give way to buses.
