not drivers fault! i keeep seeing this time and time again. the front lights arE on! THE CARS have been forced to keep front lights on as standard in daylight as well as night time, eu regs. But you have to turn a switch to put the BACK lights on! people keep forgetting and this is why his lights arent on. Blame the EU idiots for this.

I thought I recognised this plate - I remember seeing it the other day.
She was behind me, then when the road split in two she overtook me. She crossed over the white diagonal lines on the floor to cut in front of me. Didn't use her indicators and was speeding too. I was doing 28mph in a 30mph she must have been doing I'd say 40mph. When we got to the "Top of the Town" she had to stop at a red light, and she kept looking down. I dont have a dashboard camera but I'm seriously considering one.
