Very dangerous driving. Doing well over the speed limit on a 60mph road at Desborough nNorthants and ignored all road markings driving on the hatched safety area whilst overtaking cars. Really needs a re test to stop putting lives at risk!

Rubbish driver blocking pavement (as seen in this photo) and a couple days later i saw it stop in the middle of the road to get a coat out nearly causing an collision.
