As I can see now, the low life was driving with NO TAX, NO MOT, and right now it shows no insurance either!!!!

I was behind this corsa and noticed that it was going over the speed limit of the road. I was going 30mph on the road in which is the speed limit and this corsa was going at least 60MPH. This driver needs stopping before he kills someone.
