I can confirm this, I was riding behind this person when this happened, talk about "women" drivers. (I'm not one to say all bad drivers are women) It's just this one was.
No manners for one to apologise to this rider, maybe she's blind or something, I mean maybe she checked her mirrors to see only a black smidge thinking it was dirt on the mirrors.

Isn't this illegal? Looks like he could kill several cyclists or pedestrians and he can't see where is his driving.

This car also hit my car when I was parked outside some shops. He got out his car and checked his car then drove off leaving my bumper all scratched.
