This driver doesn't know how to handle a car. At 29/1/2018, the guy passed a red light and almost ran me over while I was driving on the middle lane. He began to cuss me over the window while throwing garbage at my car littering the ground.

Driver clearly has anger or time issues. Aggressive (and stupid) overtakes, using wrong lanes to undertake, and pulling out in front of traffic on a roundabout.
Personally wouldn't trust this person with anything sharper than a rubber.
