WHAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ROAD PARKING?
Pedestrians must walk on the road. Blind people and wheelchairs are inconvenienced by this poor pavement parking. Mothers with prams cannot pass the pavement. Read the Highway Code and go back and take your driving test again. You certainly won't pass your driving test if you just touch a pavement, regardless of pavement parking.
Saw this prick parked at Tesco in a disabled bay which I needed as my mother is disabled. He was on the phone having a chat with no disabled badge displayed. I politely asked for him to present me his disabled badge. Instead I received abusive language and threatening behaviour.
This driver nearly ran me over in Newham I was half way across the zebra crossing whilst he very dangerously sped through 🤯🤯🤯 license should be revoked
You may have temporarily entered their blind spot, a problem further compounded by the fact you're both on a bend.
