Very dangerous driver, drove on the wrong side of the road straight at me when I was riding my bicycle with lights on and luminous jacket.
This driver shouldn't be allowed a license and certainly not a large van.

Inconsiderate speeder from The Boot and Shoe area speeds past Lancaster University overtaking by the lights at excessive speed and continuing towards Galgate in excess of 50 in a 40 zone. I caught up with this driver while keeping to the speed limits and saw him/her enter the grounds of Oakfield Nursing Home in Forton.
