Just proves that some drivers are more money than sense. Absolutely ridiculous the way she was in her phone and started cutting up traffic while on HER PHONE!! Insurance should be going high as she doesn't know her left and rights and barely can use her own car.

Driver doesn't seem to know how to drive -
1) unable to use the traffic lights properly,
2) does not indicate consistently
3) takes [low speed] corners like they aren't in control of the car.
