If you are in the overtaking lane, just overtake. Once I can get by, but twice is just annoying. You don’t seem to realise you’re holding up traffic but the girl in the backseat is certainly wondering why everybody is staring at your vehicle with annoyance.

Hogging the middle lane of the m25, swerving all over the shop with people passing her on both sides, WITH kids in the back!!! And all because she's clearly more interested in using her phone than driving safely.
If those were my kids I'd have her banned from ever having them again.
