This dkhead in his white ford van driving too slow and all over the place almost hit oncoming car but I don't think he even noticed he was on wrong side of road as clearly wasn't looking where he was going

Saw them smoking cannabis, and driving recklessly had my child in the car. They also drove passed red lights and also put the middle finger on me when I beeped them.
They look underage also think they don’t have a license with the way they was driving.
