Another typical cyclist with a point to prove... it happens, if you weren't so angry all the time (I can only assume why) then you wouldn't be on here crying and you'd have a happier life.

If you want to be treated like a proper road user you should all have insurance and some form of identification on your "vehicle"

Avis now claiming that they're getting a 'refund' of the fine. That'd be a good trick, since they were fined in May of 2016 and only have a month to appeal.
I still want to know - why didn't they give the police the information required?

Following on from my previous post that I have published onto rate my driver. I was extremely disappointed with the vehicle. It came with a 1.4L Diesel engine which had approximately 105 BHP. It was very slow and it felt like it had absolutely no power to it, indeed I am very annoyed as you can tell. The person who had created this fake replica had also put Vw Golf GTI dials, instrument cluster and gear shifter, I must say that they are trying to trick people into thinking it is a genuine GTI but sadly it isn't. They have even gone to the extent of using unlicensed and ungenuine DVLA vehicle information and MOT files (This is extremely illegal), essentially this means that whenever you search in the vehicle onto an application on an IPhone or anything in them lines it will come back as a VW GTI even though it is not. This vehicle is a fake and it is not a real Vw Golf Gti. PLEASE BEWARE
